Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow your package as it makes it's way to it's new home.  

Orders are shipped via the method/carrier selected at checkout, UPS or USPS. Delivery times will vary based on the method selected, and the recipient's proximity to our location in Southern California. 

Heart and Souk is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the selected carrier. Should you experience any issues after delivery, please contact the carrier directly with the information provided in the shipping confirmation email. 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.
